I wish I could give them 0 stars. These people will trick you. They charge people several times for the same amount of time. They have a double speech. Highly NOT recommended!!!
Your employee Milo works very hard to make every customer happy. The bad part with renting chairs and umbrellas from your Fort Lauderdale location is you do not have a weekly rate for vacationers. The $150 we paid daily was more than we have ever paid at any beach along the coast.
We were discriminated yesterday across from the W in Fort Lauderdale. Employee was willing to rent umbrella and chair for my wife that has a disability but then another employee which we think was the supervisor refused to rent to us, claiming that it was going to get busy later and needed chair and umbrellas for the W guests. Than he proceed yo tell her to go somewhere else to rent the chair and umbrella. I cannot express enough how disgusted I am with Boucher Brothers and their relentless takeover of our local beaches. What was once a beautiful, open space for everyone to enjoy has now become an overcrowded, overpriced mess, thanks to this company’s blatant greed. They have lined the beaches with endless rows of chairs and umbrellas, soliciting unwanted rentals at outrageous prices and treating the public—who have every right to be there—as if we are trespassers in our own backyard.
