Took my Grand Cherokee in to have some rear-end damage repaired in November of last year. Physically speaking they did an amazing job, paint match looks awesome however, my blind spot monitor (which rolled in working) no longer works after completing the work. I have brought it back in several times. Still hasn't been fixed and have now been ghosted after being told they would reach back out to let me know their plan. They say they stand behind their work but in my experience that's an outright lie.

Full synthetic oil change with tire rotation and a car wash. They kept us informed throughout the full process.

This past August, I hit a deer with our 2-yr old Jeep Grand Cherokee, and unfortunately, the vehicle sustained significant damage. I have purchased several vehicles from Boucher, so I felt comfortable having them do the work. The staff there was very friendly. Andy was excellent to work with; he was very thorough with the details of the repair and responsive with all communications.
