I had a small paint defect on my vehicle. I was afraid that the problem would grow into something bigger so I took it into the Boucher Body Shop. Andy was the gentleman who addressed the issue. He explained how the problem developed in the first place. He gave me some sound advice on how to avoid having the same issue going forward. He then fixed the issue in a timely manner. Easy vehicle drop off for PDR service.
I had to have my hood redone on my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. The Operations Manager Scott and, Sophie at the front desk were amazing, They were so good at their jobs. They really made me feel comfortable. Then when I went to pick up my car I realized why I have been with Hyundai for so long. My car looked so amazing, I actually cried. If you need work done on your car I would highly recommend Hyundai Collision Center in Janesville. Thank yo guys, SO MUCH!
Took my Grand Cherokee in to have some rear-end damage repaired in November of last year. Physically speaking they did an amazing job, paint match looks awesome however, my blind spot monitor (which rolled in working) no longer works after completing the work. I have brought it back in several times. Still hasn't been fixed and have now been ghosted after being told they would reach back out to let me know their plan. They say they stand behind their work but in my experience that's an outright lie.
Full synthetic oil change with tire rotation and a car wash. They kept us informed throughout the full process.
