Pools are accessed often after night guard locks up and leaves. Locals jump fence, bob in hot tub, order pizza, etc. It's a pool crashers party spot. Boat slips or boat storage always "unavailable." Parking is a hassle. Random people park & their ride bikes to beach. Toothless parking tickets are rarely issued: there are no consequence in any event. Strangers help themselves to carwash.
