I truly hate to write a negative review about a local business, but I don’t want anyone else to have the experience that I did. These folks are lovely on the phone. They provide free estimates between business hours M-F which is incredibly convenient! When I went in for an estimate, again, the man at the front desk was very kind. My family and I live 20 minutes away from Bouchards, but we happily bypass our local neighborhood shops to go there. They consistently offer fair pricing and are always willing to discuss using quality secondhand parts to help keep repair costs down. My first experience with them was in 2022 after I was rear-ended. We drove the car over for an inspection, Mike emailed me a prompt estimate, and they fit me into the schedule the very next week. So happy this was a dealership offered by my insurance company. They were communicative, kind, and did quick work. I left the dealership this morning with my car and felt the need to leave a review because of the exceptional job they did. They did excellent, going above and beyond to repair my car’s exterior. They even cleaned my car’s interior when I definitely wasn’t expecting it! 10/10 no notes, if I ever needed a dealership again I’d come here.
Awesome! Got everything i needed done and then some. The guys went above and beyond to make sure my car not only safe but good for the long haul! Thank you!
