This company was exceptional under a couple years ago when Richard retired. Now, they misrepresent/aren't educated on their products, don't reply to calls and certainly don't stand behind the products that they are selling. I would strongly suggest that you look for an alternate source for your insurance needs or you will be terribly disappointed.
Been with this company for over 10 years never had a problem until 2 years ago. and this is what happend. the company changed my general liability ins company and gave me Surplus insurance,if you don't know what that is,it insurance for a company who had to many claims or does a very extreme work. So when i question them about this insurance and explained to them that we have never had a claim every, and we do not do extremely dangerous work. they applied with we think this is the best for you. so the best for me cost me $12... read more
