I have been doing business with Bouchard for nearly a decade. Aside from emailing them occasionally to update our vehicles and drivers, I haven't had much of a need to communicate with them. This year we saw nearly a 30% jump in our premium costs. It came as a shock to us because we had no indication that it was coming. We have called Bouchard multiple times to discuss a new homeowner policy but they haven’t seen fit to return any of our calls. They used to be in Kissimmee Fl but they closed that office and moved to Tampa Fl. We have been with Bouchard for close to 20 years but we plan on changing Agency’s ASAP. This is the worse Client Service I have ever seen. I would rate them a zero of I had that option. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB.
