This is probably the worst experience with commercial business insurance I’ve ever had in 40 years. I contacted the insurance company for commercial business insurance and commercial building insurance. I started these phone calls 10 days ago. We have been customers of this agency for many years. We received a homeowner’s renewal on June 1. I called to ask for alternative companies because it more than doubled in 2 years with no claims. I was told a thorough search would be completed and I would be contacted well before my renewal this week. I never heard back. I contacted another broker, secured a new policy for over $1000 less. The broker makes considerable commission on every policy so their incentive is to keep the policy as high as possible. Shame on them for... read more
FAIL.
A family friend referred us to this agency, and after speaking with the agent, we were asked questions no other agency had ever asked. While her intent to provide information was necessary, the way she devlivered it was appaling and accusatory. We've always insured our belongings legally so having someone suggest we were trying to undermine an insurance company was both surprising and disheartening. With insurance costs rising beyond affordability, when did it become a crime to seek multiple quotes?
The receptionist was absolutely amazing. We were updating our information and she was professional and patient through it. I look forward to working with them more in the future.
