If you're looking for customer service agents who are short with you, lie to you about creating a joint accounts, having to bug them about getting a debit card after opening an account with them, then this is your bank. You'll have to hold their hand every step of the way. It's always such a fun experience to have someone be short with you for asking the basic needs a bank should provide. Shame on me for even considering them as our new primary bank account for my Wife and I.

i am 81, I still have all of my facilities, but occasionally need help. I bank at the Harrison Blvd Bank in Ogden , Ut. opened an account and recently added a Saving account. I want to commend the Manager and the Customer Service Manager. Daisia Arana. She has helped in so many ways. Never seems to be bothered if I have a problem.
