mom and dad didn't throw nothing away. in 1970, when we moved to springfield twp, they bought 200 lbs of grass seed, 4 X 50# bags, to do the front yard and part of the backyard. in 1971 or 1972 mom bought dad the lamp you see for his birthday. i guess we also needed a lamp. so over the years i recall this lamp only had 2 lamp shades, the original that came with the lamp and another mom bought from jc penny back in the late 90's or early 2000's. it needed a new shade and not wanting to spend $80+ I decided to do a custom lamp... read more

This is the most unprofessional vendor I have had to deal with in my many years working with contractors and vendors for residential construction. The staff here is disrespectful and has no consideration for new customers, hanging up the phone while you are talking, not able to find information and transferring you to a dead end line. If you are not their existing client I would not consider them for any of your projects. Cleveland Vicon offers similar services in the atea while actually caring for the customers.
