I have used Botzons for repairs on a couple of cars including Porsche and Mercedes. Their prices are incredibly reasonable. They stand behind their work. There are frequently nice cars such as Rolls, Lamborghini, etc in the service bays. They've completed a number of tough jobs in a good way. The owner and shop are of the highest Integrity. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED WITH A SHOP. THEY LISTEN TO YOU.... I LIVE IN POST FALLS AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BRING MY CAR TO THEM. I GO TO WORK PRIOR TO THE SHOP OPENING AND I LEAVE AFTER THE SHOP IS CLOSED. They were great at keeping me informed on the status of my car and treated me like a person and not just the car owner, which I feel at other shops.
