If you have a malpractice case, don't bother with this firm as they have several conflicts of interest with surrounding health providers/organizations. I had a well prepared case summary, meeting all four pillars of gross negligence and their only response in regard to informed consent was "you can ask questions". In regard to a medically unnecessary procedure their response was "they do that for reasons". Ed Vopel was very professional and did a great a great job representing me. He kept me well informed through the whole process. He was very respectful and always answered my questions.
