Request my primary care physician send me to Diabetic provider to assist in lowering daily blood sugar readings and average A1C. With assistance of Botts Diabetes, was able to reduce both, and return to my family physician, for continued care. Not a single issue with medical providers, staff or billing. Slowest elevator in Lebanon.
Poor customer service from (Jennifer or Kelly)telling me they dont take my insurance even though I called prior and was told they do. I would not recommend if you expect a certain level of professionalism.
Deciding to go to Botts in 2020 was the best decision I ever made! They always take time with me and answers any questions I may have.
Worth the 45 minute easy drive from Murfreesboro for a caring provider! Everyone in the office is so kind and caring. I hardly ever have to wait in the lobby or in the room! I never feel rushed and all my questions are always answered! I worked for an Endocrinologist for 25 years, therefore I find myself being extremely picky and HIGHLY recommend Botts Diabetes, especially Sarah Rudder!
The ladies at the front desk are awesome! The providers are all very knowledgeable! All around I can’t recommend this place enough, I’d trust them to help with any issues. Very informative and you can tell they truly care and value your health. Most healthcare facilities nowadays that ain’t the case. Thankful to still see that there are providers out there who still care about patients health and wellbeing
