Great folks there
I took a car there for two new tires. They told me they would call with a quote and recommendation for the wear pattern on the tires. When I called them the next day after not hearing from them they told me they were finished and I owed them over $600 for new tires and an alignment which i never agreed have done. They assured me it was an honest misunderstanding so I believed them. I paid the bill and even dropped off another vehicle for a state inspection when I picked up my car. Staff was friendly and work was completed on my vehicle quickly. I had checked other businesses for the work that I needed done and found that Bottoms Bridge Tire & Auto Care had the best pricing. I definitely recommend them.
Terrible, most unreliable service, wost experience ever. Had an appointment for state inspection and tire rotation. Dropped the car the night before, worked from home the day of, went to pick it up the next day to find out the car isn't ready. I have seen bad reviews on New Kent groups warning people against this place after the takeover by new ownership (2024) but decided to give them a chance- what a mistake that was. Never again!
