BUYER BEWARE!! I brought my BMW to Bottoms Bride and Tire to fix an oil leak which included a change in the original estimate to increase the labor totaling almost $3,800. After two weeks at their shop they called and said my car was ready for pickup. When I got their to pick it up and started the engine, the engine malfunction reduced power error message popped up seconds after starting the vehicle. Communication is lacking. 1 pm oil change and no call before closing.
EDITED: Not so Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Too busy. There's no communication between the front desk, the manager, the owne and the mechanics. Rip off
Excellent quality work. Friendly. They explained everything that was done, and the military discount was a plus. Highly recommend.
