Took for inspection,knew it needed brakes and tires. On phone told to do all work needed. Within one week right front brake locked up smokinghad to take back. Front desk did not communicate correctly they only did left side but after they had checked right side they did something to make it worse. Excessively poor communication on first and second visit. Front desk extremely poor. Will never go back again. Called owner not response. This store sold in jan 2024, before that service was great.
BEWARE. Took my car in for an inspection. They said my rear brakes would not pass the next year (as he tried to get me to schedule that brake service). Took it to another place to get brakes done, and they were measured to be 2x thicker than minimum inspection standards, so essentially, Bottoms Bridge lied, and tried to get over on me.
Had a fleet vehicle serviced and they were very thorough, straightforward and personable. They even recommended against an additional service that they felt wasn’t needed even when the fleet management insisted on it, which shows a lot of integrity on their part. Clean and comfortable waiting area. All-in-all very happy with their work and will most likely be back when time to service again. Really appreciated the detailed rundown that was sent as well!
