Unprofessional, not dependable, lost, our personal information regarding our trust, had multiple people fired, or leave the company during our 3 1/2 year relationship, not responsive, no follow up, misleading, promised things that they couldn't uphold. Do not go.
I can't recommend Richard and his staff enough. They are professional and reasonably priced. They even worked with me to allow me to make payments on my fees. Great team to work with! Honest, trust-worthy and have been great about following up with me. I was surprised to see three negative reviews here. I had an amazing experience.
Mr Hall has represented me in the past on an eviction and a related civil matter. I was very disappointed to say the least. He cost me quite a bit of money being lazy, and slow to react. He has no true legal specialty and worse yet he is dishonest and unethical.
