Listening to them explain tax planning strategies and the latest tax laws turns what is normally a painful topic into a fun conversation. There's so much more to "tax planning" than just filing. Higher taxes and terrible service. Do NOT do business with these people unless you want to get ripped off. After only a few years I had to pull the plug. My previous time is not worth dealing with unprofessional like them.
