Sarai zeno-martinez is the definition of good customer service. She went above and beyond to help me when everyone else i spoke to either hung up on me or didnt know what they were doing. She told me on friday that she would call me first thing Monday morning to finish helping me get situated. Super thankful for her. Bottom Dollar needs more Sarai's!! Give that girl a raise!!
