Disappointed that I waited over 2 weeks for even a consultation with this office and 2 minutes prior to our appointment, I receive a call that he had to leave the office for an emergency. While I understand that things can come up, calling 2 mintues before is unacceptable as well as not having anyone else available to even give me a minute of their time. I will not be using this firm and will find someone who is interested in representing me.
RecommendedI had a good experience using Elizabeth as my divorce attorney and her legal assistant Erin. I was not comfortable to speak or negotiate with my ex personally. Elizabeth handled this for me and I am grateful. My ex prides himself on being controlling and she dealt with him very well. She kept boundaries clear. I will say it’s always better if you and your ex can negotiate between yourselves, but you’re getting divorced and this isn’t easy. If you can’t work together she will do this for you. We engaged Elizabeth Ellis and the firm for legal estate planning purposes. She did an awesome job! Very proactive and through. Trusts, Wills, LLC... she handled it all. She went above and beyond the call engaging with our financial planner to make sure legal and financial interests were perfectly aligned going forward. Would highly recommend Elizabeth and the firm!! Misrepresentation of client, Do not reach out to client and keep up to date. Paid them for services for over six months and they file a withdrawl from case behind clients back. Would never recommend them to anyone.
