Awesome service 5 stars for Maddie and Gus. You guys rock.
What a pleasant change. Shaun and Nakita provided awesome service with a smile and actually looked like they wanted to be there. I wish all country pubs had service like this. myself and the 2 other guys all made similar commitments. Food was always great I wish I was here for work longer. H & J keep this team together as long as you can.
We come here once a month and the rooms are always clean and neat,however we booked a table for 8 people and all our food came out either very late and wrong. Our friends couldn't eat the food once it came out an hour after we have all ate our dinner and no offer of a refund or even a free drink for the inconvenience. Usually the food is really good but this time it was embarrassing and has turned us off eating there when we stay again.
Food and service always on point!
I've had many meals at the H&J, always delicious. I've stayed in motel rooms on different occasions and the recent renovations are lovely. Chloe in reception is a positive addition to reception area, the rooms are always clean, fresh and comfortable. The bar staff are friendly and helpful too. Todd is always quick with a smile and his service is fantastic. I will always return.
