On top of them not giving you an accurate return rate the woman working here is EXTREMELY RUDE kept hounding me starting over 45 minutes to close that they were closing soon (even though I showed up over an hour before close) kept hovering and harrassing me every 2 minutes ended up cutting my hand on glass and now currently sitting in emerg waiting on stitches thanks for that! Wasn't even asked if I was okay or needed any sort of bandaid

I really hate coming here. Their self sort policy is to blame. This is the only bottle depot chain that forces you to sort your own bottles: Which is bad if you have several hundred. So i just count them myself, and put them in huge bags, and tell them the number. But when i do, they look at me with that, oh oh, he's ripping us off again look! then at each-other, then begrudgingly they take them, like if they don't, i'll attack them.
