There isn't an option to give negative stars but if I could I would. My Grandmother was there for a 5 day respite care stay as she isn't able to care or herself anymore. She's 92 with dementia and a language barrier. Dropping her off was a nightmare. I took her to Botsford and no one knew who she was or that they were taking in a new patient.
