This pharmacy sucks!! Wait and wait in line to hear " sorry ur prescription that u dropped off a week ago was missed " not okay! The ladies that work there are rude and unprofessional!! Don't go there!!!!
Unfortunately I had to bring my mother to this hospital ER because of her blood sugar and heart disease problem. They were terrible no privacy and people standing around in the halls. Took forever to examine her, and I have never seen a suburban hospital that was so dirty. Do they even have a housekeeping department? Why hasn't the health dept. intervened? Anyway they made mother mad and I took her to Providence Park in Novi where I should've taken her in the first place. Much better service and not lazy and angry like this ... read more
My family took my friend to this horrible hospital last Friday after she fell in her driveway while unleashing the dog. She fell on the concrete injured her head, lip,face, arm and leg. We took her to the ER and she had to stand in the hallway. She was asked personal questions in front of the other patients. There was NO privacy/ definitely NO observance of HIPPA here. On July 28,2008 Botsford hospital killed my daughter and almost took my finances' life. She was born and there were no precautions nor any kind of measures taken. they just let her die. At the time my finance was not connected to any machines nor was her health taken into consideration. we went from hear fetitile tones of 155 and above to nothing in the matter of minutes.
