I went there for our appointment that was set at 10:30 for today when I got there the young lady told me they booked the appointment for 10:00 AM which was a lie I asked for a supervisor the supervisor came out she wanted to arguing instead of making things right not only that when I asked for a manager so she said she was a manager too so I asked for the director got no help horrible hospital do not book here they will book you online and say that your appointment was at a different time. My husband is a patient at Corwell Health Now! So far I really like this Hospital! He was at Sinai Grace! Please! Never go there! I'm Not just putting that Hospital down, honest! The staff at Sinai Grace are sooo incompetent! They will let you or cause you to DIE! They're lazy & just don't care! There's a few that are ok, but the majority, No-Way! "I had a very disappointing experience in the ER. Several staff members were rude and lacked professionalism in their interactions with patients. The doctor who treated me was unprofessional, did not address my concerns adequately, and made me feel dismissed. I understand ERs can be busy, but patients deserve respectful and compassionate care. I hope the hospital takes steps to improve communication and patient treatment."
