Scheduled an appointment, got a call from financial saying they were out of network and id have to pay out of pocket. I agreed as for I needed this appointment, showed up to my appointment and was told I cldnt be seen bc my account was flagged that I needed to talk to financial before. I told them I already did that. She said "Idk the flag is still there". Straight garbage! Missed work for this crap. Cane with my boyfriend for an appointment that he desperately needs and bc of an apparent clerical error they are refusing to see him. They told us to make some calls and reschedule. Nvmd that they are scheduling a month plus out and we took of work to be here today. No regard or care for patients health, just money.
I am very thankful for Dr Botros. He is very knowledgeable and caring with his patients.
My husband has been seeing him for many years and I have to say he is one of the best Dr's he has. Botros is very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Botros has been caring for my father in the ICU and him and his staff have been amazing
