Very unresponsive and does not want to get involved if any complications come up. Will not stand behind his client and will instead advise you to comply with the situation so he doesn't need to do any extra work. I've closed numerous properties with Mr Botnick and was delighted to have my every question and concern addressed in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I wouldn't use any other lawyer. If I could give six stars I would.
