I was worried about a flu / influenza — that my son had, which was dragging on for too long and might have been more serious. I got a callback the same day, brilliantly organised by reception, and a very friendly, competent doctor saw him. We are very happy, and there was no waiting time.
Well Botley Surgery is no more, this is good news as the Surgery was absolutely useless. The surgery is now known as Elms Road Medical Center and my experience over the first day (2/10/2023) has been fantastic. Looking forward to many years of great care.
Much improved. Got blood tests done on two occasions with 100% efficiency. Appointment within a couple of days, on time, experienced personnel. Well done.
I have never known such a struggle to get an appointment at any doctors in my life they seem to drag their heels
