Would not recommend. Said they would hook a gas line up for a Generac Generator on December 16, came out December 19 to measure things, said they would be in touch on the date to install but didn't have a date right then. Called them January 3 to get an update and they said they weren't interested in the job. Now, with bad weather coming we have no backup if we lose power. Thank you, Botkins Plumbing.

I never write a review but the quote I received was beyond words can explain. Quote for a 1,000 sqft one story ranch 15 led can lights installed Install 5 surface mount fixture Put in an extra switch Remove baseboard heat - which is complete and was free Take down lights - which I can do All for $13,100 (ridiculous) Plus a quote for a gas water heater install all for $10,900 I am displeased to say I would not recommend not on quality or service but because the quote was a waste of both of our times. I called in to have a toilet replaced and ceiling fans installed. I was told the cost would be $45.00 per hour. I was told that they might be able to it me in the next day or the following week. I got a call at 1:30 saying they were at my house. They finished the job and I was told the cost would be $423. When I called in the lady that answered the phone failed to tell me that any time after 3:30PM is overtime and that I would have to pay the overtime charge.
