The sales pitch was excellent, but when the software didn't perform well our team was completely ghosted by their staff. Very disappointing. I would not recommend adding this across multiple clients at $65 a client and then not having a way to cancel. That could be a HUGE amount monthly for a bigger firm.
Terrible software. Did not work as advertised. We would’ve been better served using the rule function within QuickBooks Online. Transactions were almost always coded incorrectly which required our teams input into their awful user interface - we would’ve much rather done the fixing in QBO. Their learning algorithm was a joke. Good luck trying to cancel this service. I had a very good onboarding experience but this ended up not being a good fit for our clients. If you need an accounting team who is dynamic and can make common sense decisions autonomously this is not the place to go. If you need to just have some bot churn through categorizations blindly this is your one stop shop! look no further! Unwanted spam email from this company. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Edit to include business response - I definitely did not sign up for this.
Bad Experience with their CLEAN-UP Team. Kept doing things wrong. Got our client upset. I sent messages and responses asking them to stop doing it wrong. It was like they didn't read English. Filled out Help Ticket on JIRA, and still they didn't stop. This went on for 3 days. They created more clean up work that they solved. You can't call or email the person directly, you have to go through their portal. Finally, we had to disconnect to stop them from continuing to do it wrong.
