After being knocked back by two other places, this place was recommended to me and I’m so glad it was. They took me in straight away, sorted everything out, and made the whole process easy. A big thank you to Mel on reception for her friendly and helpful service. After my experience elsewhere, it was a relief to deal with a team that genuinely wanted to help. Highly recommend!
After wasting almost $2,000 on other mechanics trying to find my problem, Phil found our issue in 10 mins flat and saved us thousands. The previous two mechanics had told us we needed a new turbo which didn’t seem right. Phil found the leaking hose that the rest missed in minutes and had us on our way, saving thousands more in misdiagnosed repairs that we were otherwise going to spend. If only we’d found Bothwell Motors two weeks earlier!!

We were visiting Toowoomba before travelling home to Canberra and had an issue with our BMW X6. We called into Bothwell Motor, on the recommendation of a friend. Despite being very busy and booked out for the day, a very experienced mechanic invested our issue, diagnosed the problem and reassured us the car was safe to drive back to Canberra. Amazing service.
