Terrible service, spent $8000 on a custom tray and canopy with the works. Came in a flat pack and spent 22 hours putting it together. I was told when purchasing it would be in in 2 months, 2 months pass and I get a call saying it’s here. 10 minutes later William calls back and says it’s someone else’s. Another month passes and William finally calls and says it’s ready. The little spring nuts that hold up the mud guards and under tray boxes suck (snapped 6 of 8). Took eight months to get a custom build order to a still unsatisfactory stage. Wrong parts installed on two occasions despite plan recheck. Don't answer emails and don't do any repairs or work in Australia. Unless you're ordering standard items I suggest Buyer Beware!
I recently purchased a (black double dog box) from these guys. I had found it online and it was the perfect size and colour for what i needed but i wasnt sure about freighting it because i live in SA. It turned out that even with freighting it from VIC to SA it was still competitively priced.
