Contacted initially through Thumbtack, a site like Angie's List or Yelp, for assistance with shower issues, Scott diagnosed the issue right away without fail within minutes of arriving. Because of great pricing, we decided to then go with him later on for toilet replacements at the house. Upon arrival, he noticed right away that one of the shipped toilets had arrived damaged and could not be used. With the other toilets, he expediently replace each of the two toilets that were original to the house. Great service.
I had no clue as to what to tell these guys. They were very knowledgeable, they knew what they were doing, fixed the problem and informed us as to what supplies to get and what to be on the lookout in case this problem came up again. They really know their stuff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
