I have a pretty severe shoulder injury from being rear ended in late December and I am getting excellent care here and I’m making progress slowly but surely. I highly recommend this physical therapy office. They really know what they’re doing.
I had never really believed in PT thinking it was kind of focused massage of sorts, but after my foot surgery, my podiatrist recommended a few sessions of PT. I figured that at a minimum, the massage would help. Well, now I'm a convert and firm believer in the power and benefit of PT! I found that the focused massage along with all the exercises to strengthen muscles and regain mobility vastly improved my foot, and at a much faster rate than I would have without PT. RET Physical therapy was an amazing experience for me. I walked in there with daily, chronic pain and had been scheduled for hip surgery! I had tried PT before (different places) and that hadn't helped. I worked with Ian and he identified the issues causing my pain and helped me work to correct, heal and strengthen so I was able to cancel my surgery!! It took time, but I feel like I got my life back and am no longer avoiding activities due to pain or popping pain meds. I'm so grateful I found this place and am now pain free.... read more
Ian and the receptionist are amazing! They both get 5 stars, maybe even 6. Lol. Would be 2 or 3 stars if it wasn't for them. I didn't like paying out of pocket and being handed off to a fresh out of or still in college child that didn't seem to know much or pay attention. And as I am editing this I would like to reiterate it would be a worse rating without Ian's care. Thanks Ian and the receptionist (sorry I forgot your name)
I came to RET- Bothell Clinic very resistant to PT based on past care and experiences. Ian Johnson, PT completely changed my view of PT. Ian is incredibly intuitive, knowledgeable and caring. He met me where I was with my "injury", goals and current training. He is a great listener. So grateful for his care, and knowledge shared to keep me moving forward healthy and pain-free!
