These guys are the real deal. I never knew that plumbing involved so much math and calculations. I had another plumber install tankless water heaters in three apartments and they all broke down in six months. It turns out you need someone who can calculate gas requirements, flow rates, etc. It takes tons of math and calculations and tables. Excellent, timely work on both major and minor plumbing jobs. We highly recommend Jerry Botham who sees that the job is done right.
Responded within an hour and provided the parts and instructions to fix my dryer exhaust. Nice guy as well!
Jerry is ethical & quite competent in his work. I am always confident he has gotten to the root of the problem and not just doing short term fixes that temporarily ease a situation. He gets right to the point as well when he speaks about the solutions he comes to and with what needs to be done and what it will cost to get the job accomplished with utmost integrity.
