Dr Mukeef is a good doctor but the receptionist is incapable of faxing prescriptions to my pharmacy. I m waiting for high blood pressure medication and anxiety meds. Receptionist doesn't answer phone calls. I m mailing doctor a letter by canada post to try to reach the office next week. Hopeless
I just wanted to update this review. Dr. Botha has been a man I trust. I love his way of operating, and you would be so lucky as to have a man that actually cares about you. Dr. Botha is top 5 in best people in the world, in my books. I would like for the office staff to be more personable. You are blessed to be working alongside this man, I feel like you new gals just need to become comfortable. Armchair medicine, was in and out so fast each time I swore I was at McDonald's. Our medical system is in dire straights. I really feel for people who don't have the time or knowledge to take their health in their own hands. The downfall of our society is in full swing.
