He was not willing to tell my 81 year old father that he has dementia and should not be driving. Even with his daughter sitting in the room with him sharing our concerns. He unwillingly referred him to get a drivers test and then never submitted the paperwork to the state. They do not do anything by computer including sending blank documents. I live out of state. He has no backbone and will ignore the obvious issues. My father could have died in his care due to the neglect and incompetence.
