His employee broke the rear window out of my truck while loading mulch and I ended up filing a claim with my insurance and the owner wouldn't make it right. He's a real piece of work. I wouldnt recommend this business as long as it's owned by the same people. I've since heard lots of people say how the owner has screwed them in some form or fashion on deals he's made. Steer clear of Mr Johnson
Mr. Johnson is so personable and helpful. He advised on the amount of mulch I would need for my garden project and delivered right to the garden. He was on time and his prices fair. Highly recommend and will certainly order more from Botetourt Mulch.
