Great people, came quick to tow my trailer off when we lost a tire, did a nice job on the repairs.
I took my car here instead of using a collision center through my car insurance, the WORST DECISION I’VE EVER MADE‼️. It took MONTHS for me to receive my vehicle, I had to call ATLEAST three times a week for updates just to get things moving along. When my car was completed the lady in the office forced me to sigh competition of job forms before I could test drive my vehicle on pick up, she said it was VA State Law. DO NOT USE FOR TOWING!!!!!. $325 admin fees for handwritten invoice. Very rude, unprofessional, way over charges for tow and storage.
Friendly staff and trustworthy! The mechanic gave me a quote of over $1300 to replace the crankshaft position sensor, but when I came to get my car back they only charged me $600 because it didn't take them as long as he thought it would. I'd trust this place for all my automotive repairs!
