I can’t say enough about how helpful Jackie at Botelho was during our recent trip to New York. She arranged for a car to take my daughter-in-law and two small granddaughters from Newark Airport to our hotel at the height of rush hour right before a holiday weekend and she supervised every detail personally, keeping in touch with the driver and with me every step of the way and responding to all of my “anxious grandmother” communications both expeditiously and with great patience and pleasantness!
