My mother purchased a $300 gift card for me for my birthday and Janet would not honor it. There is no expiration date on the card. Janet stated she would return my call after looking into further and she never did. 3 wks later I called again and had to revisit the entire conversation again. She did not recall me and clearly had no intention of ever calling me back. She again said she would look into it after talking to her stakeholders and then rudely and intentionally hung up on me. Still five stars!! Occasionally I like to update my review to keep it current. Last weekend I enjoyed another wonderful session at Botara. This time round I opted for a traditional Thai yoga session, and couldn't be more delighted with my experience. 4 and 1/2 years since my first visit and I'm still cannot wait for my next "spa day."
