The receptionist is lovely and has excellent customer service. I waited two weeks to receive an incorrect quote. The 2.5k quote i received still had things missing from it after my car had already been dropped off two days prior and after i had already spent money on ubers. The amount they left off the quote meant that I was no longer able to get my car repaired and WOF done (as the repair costs would far outweigh the car value) They did give me a $50 refund for the WOF which was nice but just feels like it took a lot of tim... read more
