Awesome facility and knowledgeable staff, beautiful gardens! It was a blast to fly!
We are visiting from Arizona and had flown into Kona. We drove all the way from Kona to Hilo for this, and it was absolutely worth every mile! The ziplining itself was super fun, but what truly made our day unforgettable was the incredible staff. We have a 4-year-old who was initially terrified to zipline. Avery was absolutely amazing with her—she was patient, encouraging, and somehow worked her magic to get our daughter to try the first line. After that, she was hooked! We took the family out yesterday and had an amazing time. We have three kids (11,9,6) and our guides were amazing. Making them and us feel comfortable we were in the right hands. I can’t recommend this enough.. a great adventure :) Thanks again!
