Customer service was phenomenal. They pointed out an issue with my design, and gave me an opportunity to fix it. The shipping was very fast. I appreciated how little packaging was used - only what was necessary & fully recyclable. For business cards, I wish the paper were a bit heavier / thicker. They feel flimsy; but this is probably to ensure the seeds can sprout. I wish I had asked for a sample beforehand.
