Went in for a manicure, came out with nothing because they don’t know how to do anything the woman who did my nails all she did was take the color off, but yet, she couldn’t figure out how to do a simple manicure don’t ever come to botanical nail spa because they are worthless, completely worthless
I am submitting this review regarding my experience at this nail salon and the conduct of the technician who performed my service. I am extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated and believe I was taken advantage of as a customer. Before coming into the salon, I specifically called and asked how much a fill would cost. I was told $35 for a fill plus $5 for shaping, and I agreed to that price before arriving. Very unprofessional. These people never respect your appointment time. Apparently his time is more valuable than yours. Never going back to that filthy place.
