First time coming here and had a horrible experience. I was in a time crunch, and needed my eyebrows waxed so I called & they said I could come in. When I walked in nobody greeted me, all they said is “what do you need” so rude, I was like I need my eyebrows waxed I just called. They all looked at each other super annoyed. So I walked away. I come here often for Pedis and brows but I am a bit fed up with them not honoring appts. I called and made an appt for 5pm. We then sat there for 25 minutes waiting. Someone else came in and they started on her pedi. I left. My mom stayed.
I will leave this good review right here, This is the best place in patterson. they took really good care of my natural nails.🩷
I requested French tip acrylic full set nails and they told me 55 bucks over the phone but in person switched up the price to $85 and gave me plain pink nails
