Lauren is an amazing esthetician! From the moment you make your appointment to even after you’re done she makes sure to make your experience is worth it! The level of thought and care put into each experience is lovely! She makes sure your appointment is tailored just for you and address all your concerns. The botanical heaven spa experience is probably the best relaxation service I’ve ever experienced in my life. You can tell that there has been effort put into every detail from start to finish. Getting served complimentary refreshments, the relaxing music playlists, soft bedding, robes and slippers, herbs in the steamer, client take home packets, and I could talk for hours about how amazing the facial massage is.
