An accountant-friendly medical business General Practice. Not recommended for people interested in patient-centred approaches to communication or holistic health care.
Inept staff who can't follow basic instructions despite being reminded of them for years. Doctors who have no concept of chronic pain and are under the delusion that you can return to "normal" with spinal injuries and a degenerative disease. Book keeping is sub standard, they couldn't find important information because it wasn't entered into the system correctly. No attempt made to provide a alternative options. I've going here for a while and overall they've been fantastic
Never have I been treated so appallingly at this surgery.
Always get treated with respect and courtesy by the staff here. Never had an issue and been a patient for over 10 years.
