ok but expensive
The ARIA property team are absolutely the best in the business. we are an owner investor and rent our apartment out. the building staff and development crew are always on point and very proactive to ensure the building is well maintained and safe. never an issue and Alanna is so obliging and quick to respond to any queries or concerns. so happy we invested in an ARIA building. Just moved in. Good facilities and nice location. And the stuff here is very friendly and helpful.
Great experience moving in to this building. Andrew, the building manager, helped us a lot with everything we needed quickly and efficiently — perfectly aligned with the timeline we were aiming for. The residence itself is beautiful and very well maintained.
