I had a wonderful experience living at Aria Botanica. The building is beautifully maintained and always presented to a high standard. In a great location for shops across West End and transport to the city. The on-site team were fantastic, always responsive, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Alana, Joy, Emma, and Amy for making my time there so positive. I really enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it.

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Botanica Residences. The building is exceptionally well looked after, and it’s clear that the facilities are maintained to a high standard. A huge thank you to Joy, Alanna, and Emma for their professionalism. They are incredibly easy to coordinate with, and the property management team makes living here seamless. It’s rare to find a team that is so proactive and helpful.
