What an incredible, renewing way to spend an afternoon! From the moment I entered Botanica I was treated like family and a special guest, and left feeling refreshed and looking forward to the next time I visit this sanctuary by the sea. I'll start by saying I have been to a LOT of spas and had massages at all of them, including in Thailand where before here I had received the best massages of my life. I saw William and if you are like me and feel less comfortable with a male doing your massage, LET IT GO and go see William! I told him where I have chronic pain and it was melting away within minutes which never happens. He is truly gifted and knows how the body functions and what muscles affect what which is rare. When they make a mistake in booking appointments and you miss the appointment they booked and you made it for the following week. You get billed for it. Beware
The staff is super friendly and welcoming!! The shop is beautiful! beautifully decorated,they have so many goodies and last but certainly not least the employees are awesome! Heather is so awesome, so carin. She made sure that I was OK every minute while I was in that room. I will be going back in a few weeks and I will definitely recommend this spa to anyone! I will certainly be buying a few gift certificates so my family and friends can have the same experience as I did!!!!
Vivian is amazing and is so loving and listens to your needs and wants.... your body has never looked or felt so great!!!
