Have always had great experience with this doctors! You’ll always get a call back and if you ask you’ll always get seen! Very patient and helpful!
Anytime you ring there never open it seems if you weren't from ni you would be looked after better and I'm registered with these doctors
Dr Cullen was my doctor and he was amazing! Took his time to listen to my concerns and addressed them as much as he could. The receptionists on the other hand, I can’t say the same about some of them. Ann in particular doesn't listen and is rude on the phone for no reason. I know it can be stressful handling so many calls but you are paid to do your job, so do just that!
Doctors are fine. The receptionists are a disgrace, the level of education is non-existent
Rang up this morning and Kate picked up. She was very short with me, blunt and rude. She hung up the phone before I even managed to barely get a word out. Please treat people as you would want your loved ones / friends to be treated when they are seeking help. I'm sure your job is stressful but please do not use that an excuse to be so dismissive to people who are likely already nervous seeking medical assistance.
