Experiencing a visit here was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered a lack of consideration from any of the two or more front desk staff members, as I was ignored upon entering, exacerbating the delay for my appointment. The atmosphere was tainted with passive aggression, and despite our age difference, there was an unsettling display of pettiness and childish behavior. RUDE - Telephone schedulers are awful. Tried to make appointment 5 times. Left on hold indefinitely; never called back. I will be looking for another facility.
