Definitely not your typical bagel. Super fluffy roll which I liked , could have used more cheese on the bagel . There’s definitely more bread than anything else but it’s still pretty good! Got the sausage and cheese with bacon on an everything bagel Toasted
I had my first bagel from Boswood Bagels today. I ordered a pork roll egg and cheese. After a couple hours, I immediately got food poisoning. After 12 hours of eating it, I have thrown up repeatedly, been going through abdominal pain and severe diarrhea, and have not stopped. Idk if your eggs or pork roll was expired but the food poisoning I got from your food is something I never experienced in my life. If i could report to health department I would. The service and atmosphere are great. It’s a warm and friendly place. If you’re looking for a New York bagel, you will not find it here. It’s not a bagel at all they are not pre boiled So they are lacking that classic New York bagel chew. They are very soft and pillow like. They are an over proofed roll at best. My husband and I were looking to try a new bagel store not far from us. Tried it for the first time and unfortunately, the last. While I understand their concept of a bagel is not traditional, it was, in fact, not a bagel by any means. It was a glorified roll. Nothing about it resembles a bagel. It was super doughy and the outside was like that of a hsrd roll. We asked for it toasted and it was not. It was warmed. The veggie cream cheese was the best part of it. Disappointed in the bagel and the price .
I love this place,it feels cozy to me & I love the bagels,they are different & taste good to me despite what some ppl say,I try to go back every weekend
