Trailered a bike 65 miles for service. Upon arrival we were told the shop was closed because the business had been sold and the computers were down. We won't be back.
I took my bike in yesterday to have warranty work done and I want to take a moment to thank Mike, Taylor and Adam for the outstanding customer service they provide. These guys are 2nd to none. Every time I have taken my bike to have warranty or service work done they have been very polite, nice, and helpful. I personally could not ask for a better team to work on my bike.
