My wife and I stopped in today from Paducah Kentucky to buy some merch for our Harley. We was greeted by Kristy (spelling) she was great. we had questions and she had answers she was such a good salesperson she has earned our future business. I wish every business had a sales person like her.
On a military trip to florida, and hit a pot hole. The team got me back on the road to meet my timeline. And it wasnt easy!!! Had to call other dealerships and drove out to get them.
Just got done having a water pump replaced in my 14 UL. The folks inside are incredibly nice and helpful. It was gonna take until Tuesday (a week) to get the part but Mike got me in the door and he had one on the shelf that was supposed to be shipped to another dealership. He pulled that one and installed it for me. Had me done quick. Fantastic service and customer service. I hope I get more than 12,000 miles out of this one. Highly recommend Ring Of Fire! While performing a service on our new Road Glide, you noticed a unique situation involving a sheared bolt. Even though we purchased the bike elsewhere, you immediately took action by working with the warranty department to expedite the necessary part and began repairs right away.
