Wow I received a horrible attitude from Ryan Boswell yesterday, He was so rude and unprofessional maybe no one taught him how to talk to people
I’ve maintained a policy with Boswell since 2020. When I recently called to renew it and secure a bond, I was surprised by the unprofessionalism I encountered. The owner’s son, Ryan, abruptly informed me that he “does not write/service bonds.” When I attempted to ask a few clarifying questions about both the policy and the bond, he became audibly irritated, sighed through the conversation, and ultimately hung up on me after saying I was “asking too many questions” and that he didn’t want to “go back and forth.” He then abrup... read more
